Betty White:
I love Betty White and have loved her since she was the sardonic man hungry Sue Ann Nivens star of The Happy Homemaker on the Mary Tyler Moore Show. Then she was the snobbish Ellen Harper Jackson on Mama's Family that originally got it's start on the Carol Burnett Show. Then of course she was the ditzy Rose Nylund on The Golden Girls. The latest incarnation of Betty White is as spokesperson for 1-800 Pet Meds where she speaks for the animals urging you the consumer to buy products that protect against fleas, ticks, and heart worms. My favorite part of the commercial is when she picks up this huge package of medications to show the consumers...it’s not like they are all tacked together with glue or anything...
Watch for yourselves...

Ain't nobody as brilliant as Betty White. And she's still goin'!
ReplyDeleteI loved Ellen Harper but Sue Ann Nivens was my favorite. So bitchy. So brilliant.
Three characters, all different, and perfectly done.
ReplyDeleteLOVE her.
Ha ha.
ReplyDeleteI never noticed they were glued together.
That's going to crack me up now every time I see it.
She was/still is my favourite spice girl
ReplyDeleteGolden Girl!!! I'm not very lucid tonight.
ReplyDeleteNow that's funny! Which spice girl would she be?
ReplyDeleteOld Spice.
ReplyDelete[I love her though, don't get me wrong.]
ReplyDeleteToo funny, but I was thinking she might be able to pull off Scary Spice.
ReplyDeleteBTW: I love the Ugly Betty parody...
This is what I think: Betty White
