My Little Pony:

Yesterday, Eric Easley was charged with first-degree rape, first-degree burglary and third-degree domestic violence after a woman told deputies he broke into her home, raped her and held her for nearly a day against her will.

Easley broke into a home in Wilmer Alabama early Saturday, held a woman against her will and sexually assaulted her. The woman escaped early Sunday and notified deputies before seeking treatment at a local hospital.

The story then goes on to say,

In November of 2010, a Wilmer man was charged with felony cruelty to an animal after Mobile County sheriff's deputies said he sexually abused a miniature horse and was also charged with the felony of killing or disabling livestock.

The spokesperson said that two separate charges were filed because Alabama has no specific provision in its sexual abuse laws to cover bestiality.

Deputies were first called to a residence on Wilmer Road that serves as a breeding facility for the miniature horses.

The owner of the female horse noticed the animal was acting strangely and deputies found tail hair tied to a post, indicating someone had tried to tie the tail to the post. The deputies and a veterinarian discovered blood and other evidence that indicated the horse had been sexually abused.

The owner found a wallet containing Eric Easley's identification, including a driver's license and Social Security card, near the horse.

Really?

Alabama doesn’t have sexual abuse laws to cover bestiality?

Really?

$10 Haircuts & $5 Perms:

Just a few miles down the road is Mobile Alabama with it’s decidedly gruesome news of murders and gang violence. Over the state line in Florida we have more colorful news about female teachers that have sex with teenage students. Sometimes the state lines bleed and feed off one another and share in a strange symbiotic sensational scandal.

Film in North Florida:

Who says we aint got culture down here. Why just one quick gander at the weekender section of the newspaper is chock full of artsy things to do, but only on the weekend. This past year alone saw a crowd attending the prestigious Pensacola International Film Festival. There are no plans or updates as of yet that I know of for 2008.

One of the best things about this area of the world is well...the area. Gorgeous beaches, beautiful clear emerald green water, and stunning natural scrub environments. Film production companies looking for new and interesting places to lens their stories are increasingly drawn to Northwest Florida. It’s interesting terrain, extremely inexpensive, and film goers for the most part have never really seen this area before.

"Premiering at the Pensacola Film Festival: "Permanent Vacation." This film was 100% shot in the Pensacola area, starring David Carridine and the biggest stars of the British cinema. Based on the popular novel "What We Did On Our Holidays", the film is a jet black comedy about a British family on holiday in Florida. They encounter a wild menagerie of local characters and, in a typical British fashion, "go native". Directed by W. Scott Peake and crewed by area production professionals, "Permanent Vacation" is a film not to miss."

Another added attraction to this area is that so many locations are willing to let you film in their homes or properties, I'm sure for a huge but modest fee. If you are just dying to see what it looks like here in Pensacola and the surrounding areas check out Film North Florida.

A Pseudo-Tudor on the bluff overlooking the bay is but one of the scenes from a walk around my East Hill neighborhood.

Inspiration:

I went with a neighbor the other day to a little concert that took place overlooking the bay. Wasn’t bad, wasn’t good neither but it did have a segment involving the spoken word and more precisely a poetic spoken rap. Families and children were treated to a rap session regarding AIDS awareness that featured great snippets like,

“and for y’all who like tattoo’n...better watch what yer doin”

and of course the little rhyming diddy that got everyone into a whispering frenzy,

“You could be nex if you are having unprotected vaginal, anal or oral sex”

For me I thought okay, not bad, it was meant to be informational and maybe testimonial for all I know, but oh the mommies were not having any of it. The thought of having to explain the words, vaginal, anal, and oral sex to three year olds didn’t go away easily and not without a protest, a request actually, To Never Let That Happen Again!

Lighten up ladies I’m sure it was somewhat offensive at first but let the concept soak into your brains. The little Joey’s and little Chrissy’s all around the USA will be having sex soon enough. Why not avoid the “Birds & Bee’s" conversation all together and let teachers, television, music, videos, and live public outings educate your children about the dangers of sex.

Just give in...their gonna find out on the playground anyway.

Okay so this idiot robs the TCBY at gunpoint, a serious crime in Florida. You automatically get 10 years just for pulling a gun during a felony, 20 if you discharge it. His girlfriend a former employee lives three blocks away where he was found with the loot and the weapon. The employee who was robbed recognized him and led the police to the girlfriends MYSPACE page and in turn located his MYSPACE page where he has photos showing the gun he used. STUPID!

Eleanor Davis - Elmore County was crowned Ms. Senior Alabama, she's lovely and with marabou shoulder feather’s she was a shoe-in. Jewel Hull was my favorite contestant representing everything that Southern Drag Queens aspire to be. Lynn Stallworth is really quite stunning and she looks 20 something, I bet her daughters hate her and have to beat their boyfriends off her with a stick. Such a great thing to be a beauty at 60 or 70 or 80, God knows how old these women are and I bet the winner gets a plastic surgery package as her prize.

Went for a canoe and camping trip a few weeks ago with my handsome trick Winfred Flowers and his buddy Charles Gates at Bluff Springs Lake. Things were going swimmingly when a drunken Charles decided to wash the stench off in the lake after a long nasty fisting session and never returned.

My feature in the Dallas socialite news, I love how Joan Crawford I look and it only took an army of beauticians to plaster together this image.
